• We are currently an in-network provider for the following insurances:

    • Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey

    • Aetna

    • United Healthcare

    We are also an out-of-network provider. This means that clients who do not have the above in-network insurances can pay up-front for sessions through Zelle or by credit card; we provide you with “superbills” that you can choose to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network claims. Since you would be responsible for all costs incurred, we highly recommend calling your insurance company in advance to inquire about any out-of-network benefits you might have. A few questions to ask:

    • Does my plan include out-of-network mental health benefits?

    • What is my out-of-network deductible? (And what is my policy period?)

    • Is there a limit to the number of sessions my plan will cover per year, out-of-network?

    • What is my co-insurance?

    • Does my plan require pre-authorization for psychotherapy?

    • How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?
